Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca stated on Friday that Cole Palmer is available for selection for the squad's vital top-flight fixture against local opponents Arsenal.

The young English midfielder had been sidelined due to a broken toe incurred after an unfortunate occurrence.

“He is ready to start and participate,” Maresca declared. “All involved are pleased.”

In the current campaign, Palmer has been limited to four outings in all tournaments, finding the net on two occasions.

Since his arrival from Manchester City in the previous year, he has achieved 45 strikes and 29 setups in 101 matches for Chelsea.

When asked about more issues from the incident, Moyes continued: “The matter was resolved instantly, it was done, that was it, we moved on rapidly and it was all sorted within the team environment.”

Newcastle United's recent signing Yoane Wissa has trained with his new teammates for the first time since suffering a knee injury shortly after his move from his former club in September.

Manager Eddie Howe announced the news on the end of the week but kept private a potential comeback timeline for the 29-year-old.

West Ham United manager Nuno Espírito Santo has stated that Liverpool' recent poor form “doesn’t really matter” as his side gets ready to face the struggling Premier League champions.

However, Nuno emphasized that there can be no taking it easy when the sides meet on the weekend at the their home ground.

“The past of the results before, the form of the teams, doesn’t really matter. It is about the day. Aware that we are going to face a very good team, that has players able of doing amazing feats, so we have to get ready, to perform.”

West Ham will welcome back Lucas Paquetá after his suspension, while Crysencio Summerville and Dinos Mavropanos are progressing in their return from injury.

5. Morgan Gibbs-White Could Feature for Forest against Brighton

The club's boss Sean Dyche is hopeful that Morgan Gibbs-White will be fit for the team's home fixture against Brighton on the weekend.

The English player was absent for the midweek European match against Malmö due to a back injury.

“We hope it is improving,” Dyche commented as he prepared to face Fabian Hürzeler's side, who have secured a decent haul from their past three outings.

“It’s comparable to back pain, but a morning sort of injury, one where you just rest awkwardly or move improperly. So we’re not anticipating, at this stage anyway, that it’s very severe and it’s easing already. So we’re confident that it’ll be fine for the weekend.”

Murillo was experiencing discomfort in his hamstring after the comfortable Europa League win, but Dyche indicated the player “should be fine”.

However, Ola Aina (thigh injury), the midfielder (thigh), the winger (hamstring), the striker (knee), and the defender (hip) are expected to miss out.
